Wintersun

Stepping foot in at the end of light returning to the old country one last time amongst the tree tops overlooking the old house over the snow covered roof top. In the early mid night hours heating the stove to keep warm in the winter months from him Chopin wood in the summer harvest hearing the winds howling threw the tree's the walls but just enough to keep warm hearing the fire crackling to a darker warmer level while the wood burning down extra cups of coffee. Cold winter month's were always the hardest in pioneer day's. Snow would be so deep using there snow shoes to get threw the snow for hunting game feeling or to make water from the snow in buckets the cold winter brisk breeze to the ugly winter seeing winter far to long looking up from the ground to see the winter sun along on a country side.

Stairing threw there windows having a glass rum they say rum helps the bristle muscles in the cold hard winter's closing his eyes thinking of the good times ahead.  The wife of pioneer man the characteristics to her would go volunteer in before winter getting blankets ready for winter or to start put dirt under the old rickety  floor to the house what they had to endure for winter one reflects on life the snow traveling stairing they gear sudden wooden knocking snowy evening threw the blended prairie's.

The men would do the fur trading enough supply of wood before they go there meals they are there rice beans potatoes until the meat would come home to store ungrounde or a nearby root cellular to the hillside threw the bitterly cold month's hearing the sounds of wildlife not far from home a long wait for them till summer spring to start there harvest one child's pioneer home take me in to a slumber had then into there bitterly cold winter month's the winter light appears threw there window as they see the sun threw the sky been far to long in there winter light threw the crisp snow prairie  homestead threw in there passage the winter that's hidden from the pioneers.
